This place is usually good but it’s the day after new years and there is only ONE person cutting hair and there’s four people waiting. Another is walking in as I type this. She told a customer that it would be thirty minutes at least for each haircut. What?! Nobody has time for this BS. GET MORE PEOPLE TO WORK!! Jesus Christ, if this woman is gonna be the only person cutting hair with a waiting room full of people, at least put her name on the sign outside.

Ms. Tina is the best, but I’ve gotten great service from all of the stylists there. Ms. Tina gave my natural hair beautiful color, and was very careful not to disturb the curl pattern. I’ve also gotten haircuts there. Great service and great prices!

As we all know, it can be difficult to find someone who cuts your hair right. After trying various haircut locations in south Baton Rouge with mixed results, I found Tina Lane at Supercuts Siegen. I refer to Tina as “the Lady with the golden scissors”, because she is the best I have found. She makes cutting hair look easy (and I know that it’s not). Her positive attitude, sense of humor, and “golden scissors” are a win/win/win for any customer looking for the best haircut in town.

When I entered I felt like I was an inconvenience. They had to take my temperature several time because it kept reading low. When it finally did register it was 95 which was still to low goes then to service me. I do understand this process and appreciate that they are being so cautious. It is that I was not greated when I walked in. One stylist was sitting in her chair on her phone . The other stylist who checked me in acted like she did not want to work that day.

He said they were rude and when they checked him out he asked about the senior citizen discount and she said it was on the board but would not give him the discount even tho he qualified. I walked into this Supercuts and asked about getting my bangs trimmed because apparently at Smart Style your bangs aren’t a part of your hair!! I didn’t get the lady that cut my bangs, for free, name but she is amazing . I highly recommend this location .

This is my second time going here. I was trying so hard to find someone to help me with my damaged hair and give me the color I wanted to go back too. It was no easy task. Then I called Super Cuts. Tina answered the phone and knew exactly what I was explaining and I came right in. She’s awesome..Friendly, Professional. Clean store.
