I was 30 minutes late for my online appointment at this location. Fearing I lost my place in line, Lisa took me back after a brief wait. Very personable, confident in her work, and got me cleaned up good. Lisa is also great with kids! I brought my two-year-old son to get his haircut a few weeks ago, and she showed great patience and was very gentle with him. He didn’t cry once! Great job Lisa! Highly recommended!

Went to this place with my son. Terrible. Only go if you have no other option or want a 10 minute hair cut. Bad mood and rude people. Blonde girl with glasses, arms full of tattoos looks like came out of some ghetto hole. They are always rushing, trying to finish fast so they can get another fool to cut their hair. For male cuts they don’t know how to trim sides of hair, very poor performance. Wasted my money.

I can’t express how awful my experience was at this salon. I came in for a simple shampoo and blow out. I left with my hair feeling like a brillo pad because she used so much product, greasy hair because she didn’t even touch my scalp, and hair straight as an arrow, even though I asked her to use the round brush to get a nice small curl. It took 90 mins for a simple wash and blow dry. It was a nightmare. Never again will I go to a super cuts, even for a simple task.

Took my elderly mom for a simple haircut and the stylist did not listen to her and completely botched the cut, not evenly cut and twice as short as she had requested. Went back today to let the manager know and the manager was not helpful at all!

Got an appointment same day, very clean shop. Lisa was great listening to what I wanted, color and cut. I have short, thinning hair, so she did a treatment prior to coloring, massage to scalp during the shampoo. Love my hairct, got lots of compliments.

Made an appointment online, went in and was “checked ” in but sat for 30 minutes. I had to ask when will I be seen. They never had me in the system! How can you check a client in when they all of a sudden are now not in the system? Very disappointed as nobody checked to see if I was set after sitting by myself? Now I know why I only go to Northboro Crossing.
