I came on a Friday afternoon, so understandably it was quite busy. Thankfully, I booked an appointment in advance and asked for a specific hair stylist so the wait wasn’t too long. Lily is my go-to pick. She knows how I want my hair cut even if I’m not able to articulate it well enough sometimes. Her great personality is an added bonus. Clean establishment, great staff, reasonable prices and I always leave looking better than I came in. What more can you want from a haircut? 5 out 5.

The stylists in this place really require to understand the first thing in a customer-facing job: listen to what the customer wants. What they lack in skill, they make it up in passing high-handed opinions. My wife went there on multiple occasions to shorten her hair and to get some specific cuts. All that she got were opinions on why a particular cut won’t look good on her. Then the stylist had the audacity to say that this cut will require lots of styling and maintenance to carry and asked rhetorically within the salon in a voice that carried to everyone whether she will be able to maintain her hair every day. And the stylist went on to cut the hair according to her own whims without paying any attention to what look my wife was striving for. Apparently, what look and what haircut my wife should get is best decided by this renowned stylist and not by my wife herself. And the entire haircut is done in 5 minutes because they were in a rush to close and go home.

The hairstylists at this place really need some training in empathy and compassion, specially when dealing with children! Went here with my 4 year old niece this weekend, she really wanted bangs. It’s a simple request, right? I was so wrong – the hairstylist told her ‘oh bangs won’t suit you’ so she refused to do that, and went ahead with a trim!! Yes we should have spoken up, but we were too taken aback in that moment. My niece cried all weekend, and said she was really upset with that remark. Eventually, my sister gave her bangs at home, and she was so happy!! I don’t understand how the hairstylist can be so rude to children, surely there are better ways of communicating – if she had some other suggestions, she could convey them differently. However, it’s none of her business if the bangs would suit the client or not, we are paying customers and the stylists should just follow what’s asked? Horrible experience, never ever going here again.

In & out in about 20 minutes . I went in for a standard, straightforward men’s haircut, and got just that . The price was decent and facility was tidy . Pleasant environment, and no pressure to tip, which I greatly appreciate in today’s economic state !

Went for a blow dry and they did nothing but gave a 2 minutes quick head wash and used a dryer for another couple of with to dry my hair without even touching a comb. Came out like a mess. The definition of blow dry at their salon is complete different from rest of the world. Also receptionist mentioned a different charge but hair dresser changed it deceitfully.

I called this place the morning of and had an interview the following day- they said i could come at 6:15 and I said are you sure thats ok i have thick long hair i just want a blowdry and wash can that be done by 7. And they said yes thats fine. I ubered there wasted 30 bucks of ubering there and called in the uber ride saying ill be there around 6:20! They were like as long as its not 6:40 you should be fine. Then they had me wait in the waiting area and looked at my hair and was like no we cannot do your hair its too late and you have too much hair. I ubered and even called before asking if its too late and they said no. Im beyond disappointed. I even ASKED can you skip the wash and just blowdry it out and they were like no. Complete and utterly unprofessional. If i could give this zero stars I would!!!

Looks shady to me. Haircut was very bad. They will ask you to enter credit card details on their computer, do not do that!!! I got a fraud charge on my bank today, and that’s the only place where I had to enter my credit card.
