Worse customer service. Their website allows you to book a time for your haircut. So I booked 3 p.m.. Arrived at 3:00 and was told that there are five walk-ins ahead of me and I would have to wait. What is the purpose of booking ahead if it doesn’t gain you anything more than a walk in gets? Why even offer a reservation service that doesn’t work?

Critical: QualityI was a first time client, and was just looking for a quick cut on a Saturday morning. Alexis answered the phone and welcomed me to come right in. The staff was very friendly, albeit inexperienced. Was looking to have about 8-10″ cut off and my hair angled; longer in the front & shorter in the back. After being in the chair for over an hour, without getting my hair washed mind you, the young girl seemed completely lost. She didn’t know how to angle hair & just cut it the same length all the way around. When expressed that my goal was to have it angled, she tried to shorten it in the back more before calling out to her coworker (girl with green-colored hair) for help. At this time my phone was ringing off the hook, I was very late for another appointment and needed to leave before the new stylist was able to correct the straight cut. It was only $20, but certainly not what I was expecting for service. I’m all for people starting out and learning, no matter what the industry. Just feel like you owe it to your client to be upfront and explain, before putting scissors in your hand, that you don’t know how to accomplish what they are asking for.Service: HaircutI was a first time client, and was just looking for a quick cut on a Saturday morning. I will definitely be back to this location. I was not crazy about my haircut I had received the day before so I went back in and Kim was awesome! She was very welcoming and wanted to make sure my hair was cut how I liked it. I will definitely be back to this location because of this experience!

I had destinee cut my hair she was very patient with me accommodating having a new born baby with me. She did an awesome job cutting my hair. I’d go back to destinee to have another hair cut.

I usually get a haircut here every couple of months. No matter who I get I can always count on a good and fast job, never had an issue.

I cry at least once a week when I’m alone about what the woman at supercuts north main street did to my hair last month. All i went in for is my bangs trimmed but she felt it necessary to pull hair from the center of my head forward to add fullness to my bangs. And now i have, essentially a bowl cut around my otherwise long pretty hair and there’s no fixing it. I should’ve known better but figured it was just a trim it’d be fine. And i don’t have the money for extensions to cover the mangled mess she left me with.

Clean and friendly environment but the girl that did my hair is not anywhere near as good as the girls at the other supercuts I have been to.

Critical: QualityLady cut my son’s hair and he ended up with lice. All that for 17$ without even lining him up. I paid 20$ to be nice. Waste of money and time. Just saying if they’re gonna cut your child’s hair. Make sure they clean their utensils.

I’m Mike Duran, I went there this Sunday because I really needed a haircut due to a very important religious meeting that I had in witch I had to get up on stage during. I left out of there really really upset, angry and mad. During the cut I felt as if the girl didn’t even know how to do a fade. She kept asking me if it looked ok, or was there anything wrong with it. I pointed out to her she had to fade the line more. But instead she raised the fade really high and made it even worse. At that point I didn’t even bother saying anything else about it because she made it 100 times worse. Then she started doing my line up really high and on my left side it curved down bad. She said, I quote, “I’m trying to make it straight for you.” At that point it was already too high, I told her to leave it I was going to touch it up at home. When I got home my wife said it looked really bad. Line up was curved, fade was uneven, high and the line wasn’t faded at all. After I fixed my line up, myself, I decided to look at the back of my head and saw how bad she ruined my haircut. I had patches of hair where there wasn’t supposed to be any hair at all and my hair went straight from 2 to bold no blending. I was so upset and embarrassed I had to call in a substitute for me to take care of my responsibilities at the meeting. I take my appearance really seriously due to being a business owner and always having to look professional. But even more seriously when I’m going to get on stage during a religious meeting. The fact that I had to call a substitute because I didn’t feel like my appearance was proper due to the haircut is a huge problem. I literally called my mother in law, who cuts hair professionally for a living, and she fixed it for me the best she could that evening. Even my mother in law couldn’t believe it. I decided not to say anything before leaving Supercuts because I was in a rush, the place got busy and I was just too upset. But one thing is for sure I will not be going back there ever again in my life for a haircut.

I usually shave my own head in my bathroom but decided to have myself a lazy Sunday and get my hair cut. When one lady was giving fade lessons to the other mid haircut I should have run away. Decided to stay since you “can’t mess up a whiffle haircut”. Man was I wrong. Not only did the lady cut my hair too short she did so in the most painful way possible. Felt like I got a head tattoo instead of a haircut. Got home and went to shave, since they don’t do foam and straight razor shave there. Stray hairs all over, had to take out my buzz kit and fix my own hair. Total waste of time and money. I recommend everyone save $5 and get your hair done right anywhere else, cost me $20 with tip and then had to go home and do it right.
