Critical: ProfessionalismI took my 6 year old, who is a bit scared of haircuts, to get a simple boys regular. His stylist, and the rest of the ladies in there, couldn’t have been less personable. When you have a little kid, especially a timid one, it goes a really long way if you at least pretend to be nice, but that was too much to ask for this crew. My son was grumpy about getting the haircut but didn’t give the stylist any problems at all. I only gave a $2 tip and one of the stylists actually came up and took the bowl of lollipops off the counter so I couldn’t give one to my kid (which I was secretly happy about). But that’s the type of individuals who work there, people who will take candy away from a kid because their parent doesn’t give a big enough tip. I took my 6 year old, who is a bit scared of haircuts, to get a simple boys regular. His stylist, and the rest of the ladies in there, couldn’t have been less personable. When you have a little kid, especially a timid one, it goes a really long way if you at least pretend to be nice, but that was too much to ask for this crew. Positive: Professionalism, ValueMy husband and I have been coming here for a few years now and we have never had a bad haircut. Not once. And the color always comes out spectacular and I get tons of compliments. People are shocked when I tell them where I go.

Positive: QualityI hadn’t had a hair cut/trim since lastJanuary…and had been coloring my hair myself because my regular stylist wasn’t available and didn’t feel comfortable seeing clients because of the pandemic. I needed a trim so bad! Britt at Supercuts in Reading did a fabulous job….my hair looks and feels great….I recommend Britt! Great stylist, nice personality and a sweet girl.
