My go-to haircut spot in Polaris. I like that you have to schedule appointments in advance because it ensures the shop never gets too crowded. Wait time is never more than 5 minutes from my experience. Prices are reasonable. The stylists are very friendly and accommodating. Would recommend to anyone who needs a casual cut.

I have been to this establishment multiple times and twice they’ve messed up my hair to the point where the only option is to grow it out. Last year I came and didn’t leave a review however I should have. The stylist cut my hair too short and did not take into account at all that my hair is textured when cutting it. I felt horrible after I left as I had specified I wanted a trim and it looked like a pixie cut. I also went there two days ago and paid for my hair to be washed only to be sat down and cut dry. Beyond that the stylist cut my layers really choppy and even angled. I also specified I wanted a trim with the length left alone and she cut off around an inch of my hair. I’ve been to this establishment many times but I will not be returning after this.

Great first impressions! I booked an appt for my daughter and she had a great experience with Shannel, just what we asked for and it didn’t feel like a rushed job. Today Brittnei impressed me with her kindness, willingness to listen, and time spent giving me tips to improve my hair care. We will be back! Haircut

Super nice lady but definitely one of the worst cuts I have ever had. Stylist did a terrible job doing a simple fade looks like I had a bowl on top of my head and she rushed through. I haven’t cut my hair in over a year and was excited to have a change, and already I have an appointment for Saturday, somewhere else, to fix what was done. DO NOT GO HERE. I’m not even a picky person but this is rough, too embarrassed to even take photos, thank god I have a hat.
