I left the store in tears today! The best hair dresser, Virginia was not in, so a young lady cut my hair in the first chair. She cut my hair unevenly and excessively short! She did not listen how I wanted my hair cut. She was arrogant when i tried to help her explaining the style. Her colleague came over to help her, but it seemed to me that she had no idea what she was doing. Completely disastorous haircut, and i have to show up tomorow at work with that hideous haircut! If the hairdresser is not called Virginia, escape from the store!!!

I’ve visited the Supercuts in Pepper Square several times now and had my hair cut by Kimberly. Kimberly is very professional in that she works with me on that look that I want, and cuts my hair perfectly. She’s always been a pleasure to visit and I look forward to visiting many times.
