I scheduled on line. Arrived a few minutes late (<5). There was no wait, 2 stylist available. Wash, trim/cut 3" & even out length, allowing layers to grow out. And blow dry. Stylist comments "I don't have to walk around in your hair". Just hit wrong, I'm sure she meant no harm. But then when she asked if I wanted a finishing product, I said yes, I usually use gel or mousse. Light application, go easy. She used one handful, then to demonstrate the mousse texture (normal, I observe) she uses a second handful! Light application failure!! Communication failure!? She asked if I was pleased and I said only that the cut looked like what I wanted. She was pleased.

Jessica did my hair coloring from a horrible brunette/orange to a beautiful blonde! They got me in within 40 minutes of calling and all the staff was very welcoming. Jessica explained the process to me the entire time and answered any questions or concerns I had! She kept my hair healthy and I am extremely happy with the results! I will definitely be coming back here for any hair needs in the future!

This was our first time coming to a supercuts. Jessica was fantastic! The boys weren’t sure how they wanted to cut their hair to grow it out and she was informative and patient.
