first they have had temporary hours listed for months now so they close 2 hours early which after months should be turned to regular hours. second I had 15min before they closed and they said they would only take me if it was 10min or less and I am in the military so my cut is not long and she gave an excuse that it would take 20 min. she was completely rude. This will be the last time I go to Supercuts cause it’s just not worth the excuses that employees give.

Was able to find 30 mins for me 1.5 hours from when I called. Not anorher soul in the place when i arrived. #4 clipper cut took about 7 minutes. Offered to trim my beard for extra charge.

My son and I came in for a haircut and I asked for a fade for him and finger length on top. I don’t even know how to describe the crazy haircut she gave him. He’s 5 so I shrugged it off and sat in the chair for my turn. I said trying to grow out my hair from it being short but figured I should get some dead ends off. I complained at the time about my ends being thick and hard to deal with. She took thinning sheets pretty much to my scalp. I have tiny hairs everywhere on my head that I have to hairspray to conceal. My hair is an inch shorter on one side than the other. I should have taken my sons haircut as a cue to run. So disappointed.

Critical: QualityI have used this salon for years and had a regular stylist that is apparently no longer employed there. I had an appointment a few weeks ago on a Saturday to have my hair washed and styled. While I was at the salon and saw they weren’t busy I asked if they would have time to do a few highlights in my hair. The stylist agreed to do the highlights and said she would do a 10 foil. I told her that I should have a card so she knows how I normally get my highlights done and she went back to mix the bleach.She did 10 foils and when I was done no toner was used and she didn’t ask if I wanted a toner. I also couldn’t tell the difference in the color of my hair even after using purple shampoo. This is the first time I’ve ever had highlights done that I couldn’t see a difference. She did a great job styling my hair but other than that I was extremely unsatisfied with the highlights and the fact that I paid the same amount for 10 foils as I normally do for a full highlight.I tried to call the salon several times since this incident and have not gotten a return call.I will definitely not be going back and I won’t recommend this salon to anyone else!Service: Hair highlightingI have used this salon for years and had a regular stylist that is apparently no longer employed there.
