Angelica did my highlights and trim after not getting my hair done for 2 years I was very nervous but she put my mind at ease right away. She is so kind and made the time fly by. I love my hair I couldn’t be happier! I recommend anyone getting their hair done go to her! She knows what she’s doing and is very professional and just a genuinely great person. I’m definitely going to come back!

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI went in yesterday to get my undercut touched up. I had asked Angelica if it was possible to get a clean undercut instead of the fade it currently was and she said it wasn’t, that was fine. However, she completely messed up my haircut. I had a very obvious undercut due to my hair being two toned from dying it. All she had to do was shave and fade the undercut that had grown out instead she shaved all the way up to the top of my head on both sides, ruining the style of hair I had been growing out. The shave also wasn’t even. The hair she shaved closer to the top was shorter than on the sides of my head. I had to fix it and make it even when I got home. I think she knew she messed up because she didn’t even offer me a mirror to look at the cut or even asked my opinion when she was done but instead just spun the chair around and told me that I would be checked out up front.She seemed like she was in a terrible mood and annoyed. Everyone has bad days but maybe don’t take it out on the clients who are in your chair.I still tipped because I did get a service from her but I definitely am not happy with the results.I went in yesterday to get my undercut touched up. I went in yesterday to get my undercut touched up. I had asked Angelica if it was possible to get a clean undercut instead of the fade it currently was and she said it wasn’t, that was fine. However, she completely messed up my haircut. I had a very obvious undercut due to my hair being two toned from dying it. I went in with my granddaughter and daughter. Angelica saw the picture I wanted to do when it came to layers and she matched the picture perfectly. I absolutely love it. She also helped me pick out some shampoo and conditioner to use on my hair to keep it healthy. Angelica saw the picture I wanted to do when it came to layers and she matched the picture perfectly. I absolutely love it.
