Have been going here for years. Yesterday the young lady that was trying to cut my hair was clueless and not ready to be cutting peoples hair. Kept having to ask others to help cut my hair, was missing my hair with buzzers and scissors. When I asked how long she had been cutting hair I was told ” Supercuts just uses a different technique than I am used to” 30+ minutes, a bad haircut I will go elsewhere to get fixed and 25$ later I will never return to this place. If I wanted my haircut to be a learning experience I would go to a school where I am not paying full price.

I always have a good experience e when I go here. However, this last time I was getting my hair cut with Ruth. She was amazing and did a great job on my hair. I usually have a hard time talking with people but she made it effortless. I will now request Ruth everyone I get my haircut from now on.

I just did my hair cut here. I told that lady 2-3 times what I want and up to what length I want to cut my hair .. n she cut my hair very short length. another hairstylist came to fix my haircut but it didn’t turn out well. N now I have very bad looking haircut which didn’t not suite me at all. Even my daughter’s haircut also they didn’t cut properly… I just hate this place. Will never visit again n never recommended this place to anyone.

The staff are very professional, they receive clients with a welcoming smile. They sell “Teatree” products which I like. What I did not like was, I had a membership with them in another state, but I couldn’t use it. I’ll be returning for next haircut.
