Took my autistic daughter to get a haircut. The stylist was so kind and patient with her during the whole process. She stopped to make sure my daughter was comfortable a few times and did a great job on the cut. My daughter wanted shorter hair so we looked up pictures and she chose the style she wanted. I showed the picture to the stylist and she made it happen. The stylist also took the time to show my daughter the clippers before she used them on her. The stylist put them against her own hand to show my daughter that they won’t hurt and let her get used to the noise for a minute. Definitely would go back!

Today I took my FOSTER CHILD in for a haircut. I told then man what I wanted. He leaves my sons hair long I told him 3 times we needed it shorter. He then tells me I need to put product in it then. I get up at 5 am every morning, I don’t need anyone telling me what I need to get up and do. I paid for a service I was berated the whole time during. He made many snide remarks to my 8 year old about me while cutting his hair. We ended up leaving without paying (an employee told us to go because it was getting heated). I will NEVER return to this location again. Work on the customer service. My husband shouldn’t have to jump in to defend his wife against the man cutting his kids hair. Absolutely ridiculous!

I must say that my hair is not easy to work for various reasons but Hannah did an exceptional job providing me with a hair cut I can be proud of and brag about. In talking to her sounds like she is newer to the industry but in my opinion she has a natural talent for cutting hair. Thank you Hannah. Thank you Super Cuts.

I’ve been going to supercuts for quite some time. Never have had a bad experience until this last time, when I got my hair cut by staisha. She clearly did not want to be there and did an awful job, and was very rude. I tried to contact the company about my experience but never heard anything back about it. Not only did I not get good service, my hair looks awful because she did it in about 2 minutes and said your good to go.

I absolutely love Laura she does a perfect cut every time. I’m super picky with my hair and she’s so patient with me. I am able to tell her how I want to style it and she takes over from there. If you’re looking to rock a cute pixie cut I 110% recommend her! Thanks Laura!
