Your online booking system is clearly not working. Every time I get to the store after booking online, the excuse is that either the booking is not in the system or that you are way behind schedule. Even if I call ahead, many times I have to wait up to 30 minutes. The answer back is that it’s a reservation and not an appointment. What is that even supposed to mean other than playing with semantics? Please note that I find the stylists very nice and respectful in general except for this time management part. You need to come up with a process that works. Thank you.

I was told to keep my mask on and only take one side off at a time and my sides are uneven. The cut was quick and sloppy because they were busy…I know its not an actual salon with experienced hair dressers but it was not worth 20 bucks.

You go here, you’re playing bad haircut roulette. Not worth it. You’ll go the first time, get someone experienced and get a decent cut. Every time after that you’ll get the new hire and your hair will be messed up.

But the last two times they put me with a very inexperienced person, where even the manager had to come over and take over. But the last two times they put me with a very inexperienced person, where even the manager had to come over and take over.
