I got the appointment I wanted and was in and out with a great haircut! My son and grandson went to this Supercuts a couple weeks ago and came back with great haircuts, so I had to try this location instead of the one I have been going to. Busy parking lot at 11:00 am on. Thursday but easily found a spot. Accessible parking is available right in front as well. Adjacent businesses have many offerings as well.

Went in for a walk in haircut and beard trim and the receptionist was super nice w/great communication. Same can be said for the hair stylist – super awesome, she listened to what I wanted and checked in during my haircut to show me what it was looking like and making sure I liked it. I love my haircut and the whole experience was pleasant and relaxing and I felt valued as a customer because the great service. Would recommend based on my experience.

I’ve been here before and they have been pretty good. This time the lady seemed horribly rushed and annoyed I didn’t want her to use trimmers. She quickly used her fingers and cut unevenly across my whole head. When I inspected it and told her it was uneven she said “like I said that’s as low as I can go without trimmers” I told her I wasn’t talking about going lower I just wanted it even and she rudely repeated herself. She squared the back of my neckline up so high it looks really bad and used trimmers above my ears unevenly. When I checked the back with a mirror it was completely uneven and I asked her to fix it she said it again “like I said…” I got up and paid before she could finish her rude comment for the third time. Ive worked in service and this is the first time I’ve left somewhere without tipping. Everyone has bad days but It’s really embarrassing for the company to have service like this. I get that it’s an inexpensive haircut but this bordered on incompetence.. Good news is it’s almost cold enough to wear beanies and it’s only hair so it will grow out.

This is my backup barbershop/(salon), mostly because I live closer to a mom and pop that I have been patronizing for a very long time, but I am always pleased with the service and cuts I get from Supercuts. They have gone out of their way to fit me in last minute before, when I forgot to get a haircut before reporting to my military post, and are always pleasant, professional and thorough when making sure they give you the cut that you want.

Typically stylists will be resistant to give me layers because of my fine hair but she did exactly what I wanted and it turned out better than I imagined. Even my husband noticed and that’s a miracle! She was very kind and genuine and the whole experience was great. I don’t usually have high expectations for chain salons but Victoria gave me the best haircut I’ve ever had yesterday. Typically stylists will be resistant to give me layers because of my fine hair but she did exactly what I wanted and it turned out better than I imagined. I asked for a wolf cut. I have gotten them at other places and they always look beautiful. I come here and the lady didn’t even know what it was. Someone else told her what it was and she started. I asked for only an inch off. She took three and I told her I think that’s to short and she said it wasn’t. I look like a freaking mushroom and I have graduation in 3 weeks. Hopefully it grows out. Until then I will be wearing a hat. I will not be coming back.
