Most employees at this facility are great at getting the job done. Granted, my choice haircut isn’t that hard to get done. That being said, there are one or two workers there that are terrible, in both cutting hair and in their personalities, that I’m really surprised they found work at all. Most of them are great people and I’m sure we’ll see the staff improve in time.

I’ve been going there for 4 years now. I’ve never had a bad haircut there once. Besides, a haircut is only based on “what you want” the cosmetologist has to interpret your wishes into a finished product based off your hair. They can work magic, but they for sure aren’t miracle workers.
