Bonnie, Joe, and Sierra are great. However, there is this one stylist (whose name eludes me at the moment) She is a skinny gal with long brown hair and glasses. Strikes me as a bit weird. Although she did everything I had requested, she talks about weird stuff, like her visit to the gynecologists office!!!!!!! I thought that was quite a bit odd, and a little bit inappropriate for salon talk. I had this stylist on one or two separate occasions.

I had checked online for 11:40 for Margo, I get there about 5-10 min early and Margo was taking care of another customer and rudely says that she has to leave by noon and that she couldn’t cut (trim my long hair) my hair. I don’t know what her problem was, but when I am talked to rudely it does not bode well for that person. It wouldn’t have taken her no more than 5 min to trim my hair. She didn’t even bother to come over to see what I wanted done. She had to leave by noon. Sierra cut my hair (which she did the last time I was there) and I specifically said NO LAYERS and she proceeded to give me 2 layers not 1, but 2 which makes my hair grow out weird and uneven. She doesn’t know what a straight cut no layer is and needs to be taught how to cut long hair without layers.

I got my haircut right down the street and was happy to wait and observed that the store honored their appointment system.We can agree to disagree, however it’s very easy to understand why you have 1 stylist (got jokes stylist) working (with no one waiting in the lobby) and other haircut businesses are slammed with multiple stylist working and earning great gratuity On a Weekend day. No Excuses Take CareI usually post only positive feedback, however this one keeps on giving — lol.I appreciate past history and there are some questionable reviews here, doubt everyone is wrong.
