I’ve been going to see Mary Beth at this location for over a year, and she’s awesome. She cuts, colors, highlights and styles. My hair is not the easiest in the world to work with (it’s fine, but thick, wavy and there are cowlicks all over the place) but Mary Beth just works with it to encourage a great look that works for me… people ask, and I refer her all the time. Plus she is a really nice lady! Great sense of humor and friendly… might as well have some fun while you are sitting in the chair with a head full of tinfoils, right? 😉 Thank you for the great service, Mary Beth!

Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityMade four appointments for myself and kids today. Girl at desk only checked in one of us and then the stylist took a walking that came in after us instead of honoring our appointments. This was already 15 minutes after our first scheduled appointment. On past visit had requested that they store notes in the system for the kids haircuts and they had failed at that as well. Terrible customer service and no explanation as to why they too a walk in that arrived after us rather than honoring our appointments. Will never go back as I prefer to give my money to businesses that offer customer service.Made four appointments for myself and kids today. I took a chance with super cuts, I usually go to Ulta. Amber was my stylist and she did a fantastic job! I have a short-ish Bob style cut and was very nervous to see a new stylist but, she was super sweet, funny, listened to exactly what I wanted and didn’t want and delivered just that! I was so taken back by how great a job she did and in less than 10 minutes. I was in and out in no time! I will definitely be back to see her!

Critical: QualityThey were super nice, but when I asked the stylist who volunteered to cut my sons’ hair if they knew how to do the cuts I asked, I wished they would have admitted that they didn’t know how to. Unfortunately the cuts were not good at all.

Excellent color and very good cut. Manager works hard to keep shop focused on COVID-19 prevention measures. Very good value. I’ve had better cuts but they were twice the price and not twice as good.

Always a great experience at this location. I use their app to check in online and my appointments are almost always on time. I’ve been going to the same young lady here for years now. Discounts available for police, firefighters, EMS, and Military. Beware of Tuesday’s however as this is the day seniors can get their hair cut at a discount, and typically the waits are a bit longer.
