WORST experience!! Worst Haircut I ever had in my life! My hair was one length behind my shoulders and I asked for a V shape … this young girl started to cut without even sectioning my hair but if the result is good I don’t say nothing.. unfortunately once she reached the other side there was a huge difference e the first side was much shorter! I then told her about the difference she didn’t even noticed and she asked for help the next hairdresser who she had to stop a gent s haircut to try to repair my haircut but with all efforts still horrible! If there is a person in training they should tell the client and also if they are training they have to check what they are doing and suggest what to do.. and if she didn’t know how to do the haircut at least she could ask for help before starting not when is too late! NEVER AGAIN. Everyone is asking me who cut my hair because they don’t want to go to the same!!!!

Walked in, they were busy, said it would be a 45 min wait so we put our name in to come back. Came back in checked in with out name and she said ok have a seat.. waited another 20 minutes for them to take other people ahead of us with no one saying they’d be right with us. They took someone who could planned they had been there 40 minutes so we walked out. They seemed to not be organized or know what they are doing. Short staffing im assuming but didn’t treat us like customers so we wwalked iut. Went to another place down the street and got right in with wonderful customer service. Will not be going back and wanted to warn others not to waste hours of their lives. Terrible service

The girls are very friendly and great to talk to. I got a bad cut the first time I went in, and I was a bit frustrated. But they were extremely understanding and very willing to fix it. They touched it up and refunded my haircut. I would recommend Amanda for sure. She paid very close attention to detail

I have been a customer for 5 years and have always had a fantastic cut, color and highlight. I usually have the same stylist, however I have also had 3 different stylists and all have been superb. They listen to my request and together with their suggestions I’ve always had a great experience. I call ahead and times waited. If they are busy they’ll ask if I’d like to return at a later time. I highly recommend Supercuts Hyannis for their professionalism, talented and experienced stylists .

Same-day appointments only, must call first thing in the morning, which is fine, except that reception doesn’t tell you when you call that there are two locations: Sandwich and Hyannis. How did we know there was a Sandwich location, when we Googled and called the Hyannis location? We called on a Monday and requested the specific stylist that my 81yr old aunt liked the last tome she was there. We were told that this stylist was on the schedule for Thurs and Fri… so we followed instructions to call first thing in the morning on Friday… only to find that day that the stylist was working in SANDWICH?! Big let down for my 81 yr old auntie. HEADS UP TO MANAGEMENT: when someone calls and requests a specific stylist, maybe it would be a good idea to explain that you have to locations and to ask what location we need. We waited all week for her to get her hair done for this weekend. We didn’t even get an apology on the phone for lack of communication. We were just told to call back next week and try again. Terrible. Very blasé. My aunt called and asked for a specific stylist because SHE IS LOYAL. Very bad business.
