Received the worst haircut of my life there yesterday! We all know the hairdressers here are talentless but even i could have done a better job. It wasnt even at all, random pieces were chopped shorter than the section next to it. I had to immediately go to a real salon and have it fixed. I am so upset about this! I received a haircut from Kirby Who says her home store is in Bedford but was helping in the Hooksett location and I was very pleased with my service she has a great personality for the industry she has an incredible I for detail she got my eyebrows my ear hair and I didn’t even have to ask was wonderful cause I always forget! Horrible experience, dissatisfied with the service . It was my first time visiting supercuts thinking it will give me the look i wanted but the result was awful which I can’t describe in words . I paid 60$ for basically nothing. I wanted to get hair colour done . I even showed them the hair colour which i wanted but they persuaded me to go for some brown colour. I said yes thinking let professionals do their thing but little did i know that it will turn out horrendous . The color is not even visible , its even not noticeable . Nobody bats an eye. My hair looks just the way it was with no difference. I am totally devastated as I paid so much and got nothing in return . My whole money went down the drain . Now i regret my decision! Even 1 star is way too much

I am a tourist here. I had long hair. I wanted a shape cut. Before sitting down, I asked if they could cut it. They said yes they can cut it. I sat. They didn’t even wash my hair. They wet my hair with water and cut it short in 5 minutes. Just as they did not cut it in the model I wanted, they also cut it short, much less than the size I wanted. I said blow dry my hair so that I can see if it turned out the way I wanted. She said they would charge extra. She didn’t take me seriously because my English is bad. I’ve been to many places in the world. The worst hairdresser was here. I don’t recommend it to anyone. 0/10.

Critical: ProfessionalismI went at the scheduled time for my appointment and was sitting waiting for my turn. As I’m sitting, I noticed that one of the employees (blonde woman, tattooed, maybe mid-50’s) was giving me a dirty look. I realized pretty soon she was looking at me like this because I was the only person still wearing a mask in the shop. I thought nothing of it until it was supposed to be my turn for my haircut, but that employee takes the person that came in after me!
