It’s a haircut if you’re in dire need of one. I like to get a skin fade and keep my hair short. Last time I was there, the day after I got my haircut, I had bumps on the back of my head. I think they were ingrown hairs starting. It felt like the clipper pulled some of my hairs out instead of cutting them which lead to the ingrown hairs. I bring my boys there to get their haircuts (same style as mine; same directions given to the stylists). Every time their haircuts don’t look the same as each other. Lastly, almost every haircut I’ve gotten there, I’ve had to touch up with scissors when I got home because they missed a spot or two. But all the staff is very friendly and nice. The place is clean and in a great location. And they have great hours.

I went here for a trim a few months ago and when I got home I noticed one little chunk in the back was significantly shorter than the other. It was barely noticeable and so I assumed it was just a small mistake and wasn’t bothered by it. Last week I went back for another trim and got the same girl. Everything seemed fine at the appointment but when I got home, multiple, larger chunks of hair in the back were significantly shorter than the other. I’m extremely annoyed now that this happened not once but twice and how it will take months for the messed up parts to grow back and match the length of the rest of my hair. This worker wasn’t very friendly either, made conversation awkward, and spoke so quietly I could barely hear her. She seemed to be miserable the whole time. Also, mid way through my appointment, another worker walked up to me going “excuse me, excuse me, what’s your name?!” in front of the whole store. It was honestly really embarrassing cause I thought I did something wrong or wasn’t supposed to be seated yet. I found it very unprofessional. Do not go here for a basic trim!!!

Finally i made an appt w Supercuts online and showed up pretty early as i was on my way home from work. They took me right away. Makayla was the person who cut my hair and she was super kind and sweet and very easy to talk to. I showed her a photo and she was very attentive and she did a great job. She cut maybe 10+ inches off my hair so i was very nervous but again she did an excellent job. Finally i made an appt w Supercuts online and showed up pretty early as i was on my way home from work. They took me right away. Makayla was the person who cut my hair and she was super kind and sweet and very easy to talk to. I showed her a photo and she was very attentive and she did a great job.
