Had an appointment 15 minutes to close for eyebrows, the stylist said oh I’m about 20 minutes behind can you wait. I said ya I’ll walk around outside. I come back 20 minutes later to the doors locked and the stylist said oh its been 20 minutes sorry can’t do it. Don’t tell me it’s ok to come back in 20 minutes if you know you’re closing for the day and then shut the door in my face saying it’s too late.

Val did a great job cutting my 5 year old’s hair. He was afraid of the clippers, and she did a quick, neat, and overall wonderful job. He looks like a totally different kid. I’ll totally take him back here.

I wanted a Ruby Rose type style with a geometric undercut…I look like Harry Potter. Came with pics in hand and a great review from my friend. Left hiding my disappointment behind my mask. Also, I would not classify the hairstylist as LGBTQ friendly. I was not comfortable. I will not be returning.
