Critical: ProfessionalismAfter 8 years as a customer here, I will never be back!I called at 10 am to make an appointment here and was told to just come on in before 4:30 and they would get me in. So I ask if they aren’t taking appointments anymore and the lady responds with, it’s Tuesday so we won’t be busy. When I arrive at 4:00 they are packed and refuse to cut my son’s hair, even if we waited. I try explaining that I called and even spoke to the same lady, but it did no good. After 8 years as a customer here, I will never be back!I called at 10 am to make an appointment here and was told to just come on in before 4:30 and they would get me in. So I ask if they aren’t taking appointments anymore and the lady responds with, it’s Tuesday so we won’t be busy. The lady that cut my son’s hair butchered it. Terrible haircut not to mention I believe she assaulted my son with the trimmers. She said he wouldn’t stop moving, she said she asked him to stop, she acted annoyed. My son said he twitched, apparently from her hurting him around his neck. Then she proceeded to make him bleed on the back of his neck in several places. Then she was rude and said maybe I can give you $2 or $3 dollars off. Not all are Terrible but that lady needs to be fired and I will try to press charges.

I took my boyfriend here to get a haircut and WOW. That’s all I have to say. Please do yourself a favor and ask for Evelyn. She is just a sweetheart and KILLED the haircut! She did exactly what he asked for and more. We will 100% be back to see her. In fact, I’m coming Tuesday to get my hair cut! Haircut

I’m not usually a person who even leaves bad reviews but honestly this place is worth it. I went a week ago and this middle aged guy cut my hair. It wasn’t a very good cut but the thing is he took 45 mins to do what I’ve had done countless times in 10 mins, he would get way too close to the point it was very uncomfortable and finally this part was the weirdest of all, he wouldn’t stop spinning me. Like I know and I’m used to the barbers adjusting you in the chair but in the 45 mins I don’t think I stopped spinning for more than 30 seconds at a time. I love Supercuts but I’m driving further to another one next time.

Usually, no long wait. Simple male haircut for $16.99 with senior discount. I am not picky. Wife says that the haircut is uneven, but after a week or so it grows out. Probably, best to call ahead and minimize your waiting time.
