If I could give it a zero I would. The place was empty of customers when I got there and I now know why. I usually get my hair cut in Europe but needed a quick trim and know there are different cutting techniques. Before I could say what I wanted the only male employee there dragged me to the shampoo station and chewed me out, he must have had a really bad day. I left before letting them try to cut my hair. What an attitude! Save yourself any problems and just stay awy.

Okay went there on Monday July 18th and the stylist did a good job. But then I went to pay it was $21 plus I tipped $10 so $31 total. Payed using my bank card and their machine double charged me. Went back the next day to see if they could refund me 1 payment or give me a voucher for a free haircut on a later date. Originally the stylist said sure then called either the manager or owner ( Rusty) and then told me they would contact me so I left both phone numbers and haven’t heard anything back. Won’t be back if that’s customer service

Checked in online and requested Kylie for my hair cut and showed up on time. Another stylist just walked in for her shift as I arrived Bonnie. She asked me if I was just in for a cut and I let her know that I had made a and online. She looked confused looking at the machine and then just told me to come back with her. I sit down and show her a picture and tell her the difference that I want my hair cut. She then just kept mubbling falling over the floor and chair. She would start brushing my hair closing her eye as if she was drunk or high or something almost falling over most of the time. She didn’t make sense and she was telling me how much I am not going to like it even as she is cutting my hair. I asked her to stop cutting my hair and to have Kylie take over because I was scared of how she was cutting my hair. She had me move over to her station and then as I was trying to tell Kylie what I wanted Bonnie came over shouting that I didn’t want that and kept ranting on. She finally went to the back and I was able to tell Kylie what I wanted. All why we can hear her very loudly in the back just talking about me very loudly and very rude comments. I asked Kylie that I didn’t know any customer service job that you could have that this treatment was ok. She apologized and said that she would let her manager know for me. This continued with the harassment from Bonnie until I left. Even with her coming out talking about me while I was trying to pay so that she could harass me some more. I wasn’t able to finish getting the hair cut I wanted by Kylie because of Bonnies abuse I just wanted out of that place fast I can’t imagine what would have happened if I started saying stuff back to her because I just ignored her the whole time. She made me feel that she could get worse and she was trying to provoke me to make the situation worse. I was able to fix at least what Bonnie had done with Kylie. I wish I was able to finish the rest of the cut with Kylie because I am sure she would have done exactly what I wanted if we were not in the situation we were in. Kylie is a great stylist and very professional if you need someone good to go to. But never use Bonnie. She should be fired for the harassment that I was putting up with from her. Plus she was on something. Weed or alcohol I am not sure. But definitely stay away from her!!!!!!

Had a very good experience here yesterday. Salvador did an awesome job; he was quick and very professional. Usually I have the worst anxiety with hair cuts but coming here was a very welcoming environment.

They butchered my hair and their solution was I pay full price and come back in a month when it grows out and they can fix what they messed up, drive to Glendale in hopes one of those hairstylists could fix this location’s mistakes, or not pay and never come back to their franchise again. 3 licensed hair stylist couldn’t cut a straight line.

Imagine calling in to check in, going in early before your checked in time and then nobody helping you. Letting those that walked in go before you and waiting over 40 minutes because they want to talk and not assist their customers. So disappointing.
