Ive been going here over 4 years now for my massive lions mane of hair, and Ive always gotten it washed, thinned out and had my layers touched up. Went in today, was taken care of by Annabelle, who has done my hair twice now. Lindsay did my boyfriends haircut and did a phenomenal job. These ladies held the fort down today, and I had a pleasant conversation with Annabelle throughout my haircut. Very awesome experience.

They took me even though they were closing within a half-hour. I felt terrible about going so close to closing time but they were very sweet. It was fast but good. 10 out of 10! Hair adjusted to socially acceptable length.

Tried Super Cuts for the 1st time today. Didn’t get a great haircut but it was acceptable. The young lady was pleasant and friendly. Odd that they (or at least this young lady) do not trim eyebrows. Now I have to do my own and that may not be a good move. I will try them again. Haircut

Been going to the place for years, and I will not be going back. A girl who looked very young and inexperienced cut my hair today and I had asked for a 0 cut low fade with scissor cut on top. She cut next to nothing on top and when shaving the sides and back, she told me used a 1.5″ blade. That said, she then went to put on the 0 and I didn’t realize at the time, but she used a zero on the back only and took it up a bit too high, but where the problem was, was that nothing was done on the sides. The haircut is so out of balance. She said it looked good and since she is the expert I believed her. She asked me to look with a mirror and I said fine, but the lighting wasn’t great, so I couldn’t see it too well, so I thought it was okay. I ended up paying the 22.95 and added 3 dollars for tip thinking everything was A-okay, but when I got to driving, I was touching the back of my head and it felt different than the sides. I came home to check and saw how unbalanced it was. I was beyond angry and I will never ever go back to this location or most likely a Supercuts. Didn’t listen to what I even wanted. Last I thought CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT, but I guess this doesn’t pertain to that concept. Think twice before going to a Supercuts. I don’t remember her name very well, but she couldn’t have been more than 5′, her name was on a business card and started with a B and she had blonde hair.

This place is good for kids haircut. My daughter has long hair that easily gets tangled. I met Natalia and she did a fantastic job on my daughter’s hair and now my daughter will only go to her. I suggest calling ahead b/c there can be a wait at times.

I have been coming here for a haircut for about 3-4 years now. I’m not coming back anymore. I went in to get a haircut and checked the lineup to see how many were ahead of me and there was only 1 person on deck who booked online and hadn’t arrived yet. As I was checking in, a teenage boy walked in and checked in after I did. As a spot was open, this boy got called before me. I checked the board to see if he was the online person and he wasn’t. I asked why he got to go before me and they couldn’t answer that without stumbling their words. This is the 3rd time this has happened to me. I will now take my services somewhere else. If you don’t live in Franklin, forget getting 1st service
