Supercuts Framingham

Critical: ProfessionalismI went to Supercuts in Framingham on Sunday and found the staff to be not very accommodating to walk-ins. I arrived with my husband at noon and only one of us could get a cut. The staff member indicated they were booked up already. The staff member did a fine job on my hair but wasn’t terribly friendly to either my husband or myself. We ended up going elsewhere for a haircut for him. So kind of a lost opportunity for Supercuts. I went to Supercuts in Framingham on Sunday and found the staff to be not very accommodating to walk-ins. I arrived with my husband at noon and only one of us could get a cut. The staff member indicated they were booked up already. The staff member did a fine job on my hair but wasn’t terribly friendly to either my husband or myself. We ended up going elsewhere for a haircut for him. So kind of a lost opportunity for Supercuts. Honestly we liked the other place better so that is where we will get our haircuts in the future.

Positive: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI had an appointment with Jennica – she did a Tea Tree treatment . It was wonderful , she took her time and continue to advise me to relax and enjoy it . After that I had a haircut which she made me feel very comfortable with her expertise . She made sure to ask me how much I wanted to cut and how long I wanted my layers . she made sure to also asked if she was being to rough when brushing my hair . Overall I had a wonderful experience – the only negative thing (and why is not a 5 starts) a co worker kept rushing her while she was trying to cash me out . I had an appointment with Jennica – she did a Tea Tree treatment . It was wonderful , she took her time and continue to advise me to relax and enjoy it . After that I had a haircut which she made me feel very comfortable with her expertise . Not only does she do an awesome job with cutting my hair exactly the way I want it to be, but she’s also so personable, friendly and kind, I always request her because I always have such a great experience with her! Been going to this branch for years now, everyone is so kind and so welcoming, my absolute favorite hairstylist is Kristin, who is truly phenomenal and so great at what she does. Not only does she do an awesome job with cutting my hair exactly the way I want it to be, but she’s also so personable, friendly and kind, I always request her because I always have such a great experience with her!
