Just got one of the worst haircuts of my life. I went in my hair was about 3 inches+ on the top. Asked for an inch off the top and tapered down from there. I know look like I am in the military. My hair is now maybe an inch on the top.Horrible. My stylist clearly did not listen or does not know how to cut hair. It’s one of the two. Luckily hair grows but this was really bad.

Had my first appointment today at 4:00 for an eyebrow wax and hair cut, I was very skeptical because I’ve never been to a Supercuts but honestly I’m impressed. My eyebrows came out great, I got about six inches taken off my hair and it looks really good. I walked in the door at 3:50 and left at 4:12, Very quick and I’m very satisfied. Price was very affordable too which is even better. I will be back for a future appointment!

Highly recommend Taylor (also works at the Sandwich location)!! Went into the Fairhaven location to have my aunt (who is mentally disabled) for a haircut with layers. Taylor was amazing from the second we walked in – very warming, energetic, & knowledgeable as I inquired about future service regarding coloring. She was very efficient with giving the best professional advice that is cost effective for what was desired. During the haircut, Taylor treated my aunt as if she was just any other regular customer – without disabilities – talking and laughing like any client would with their hairdresser. It was very rewarding to watch a stranger treat her equally & respectfully. Thank you, Taylor. The haircut also came out beautiful, as well as the wax! Great job!

Asked for a little bit off the top, the lady ended up cutting 2 inches of my hair instead. At one point I told her that I liked how it looked, but she convinced me that it would not look good once my hair was dry. I’ve been going here for 7 years straight with no problems but today was the final straw. Never coming back here again.
