Easily one of the worst haircuts I’ve had. I went in looking for a trim, about an inch off the front and top, specifically mentioning this to the stylist multiple times. I even pulled up a photo of myself from a month ago that represented how I wanted it to look. She totally ignored my request and I walked out looking like I was on leave from the army. Once she started cutting she never asked for feedback part of the way through, she just lopped off a crazy amount without even starting small. Terrible service. In fact, I even had to tell her to stop cutting the top because she wouldn’t! She clearly does not know how to cut wavy hair or bangs. I don’t remember her name but I am extremely angry.

not suitable for curly haired clients in the slightest. the woman cutting my hair used an extremely fine tooth comb and proceeded to “brush through” my hair from the root in a very very painful tugging motion. felt like she was ripping clumps of hair directly from my scalp which she was. i now have a small bald spot near my part from all the hair i lost.

I walked in on a weekday afternoon. I thought it would be slow, but nope! I take that as a good sign tho! It was a one hour wait, which was totally fine for me since there is a bunch of good shopping in this plaza (and a nail salon which I haven’t tried yet, but would easily help pass time on a long wait too). Kelly was really nice and easy to talk to. She asked a lot of questions to help know what cut I wanted, and she gave me the exact cut I wanted. Would definitely go again.

Sarah was able to take me right away and had no trouble trimming and shaping up my hair. She even asked how much shrinkage I generally have as to keep that in mind when she was trimming my hair. My hair looks so healthy and thick now and I’ll be returning for my quarterly trims from now on. Thank you for your hospitality!
