Everytime I would make an appointment for my 8 year son we would wait a minimum of 20 minutes. This last time we waited almost 30 before I walked out. The girl working was rude and not sympathetic and told us we could go to fantastic Sam’s … so we did. They lost our business. Haircut

Took my 84 yr old, visually impaired, disabled Mom to Supercuts to get her hair done. Had an appt but still waited 30 mins. We showed Anna a picture of what we wanted from last time, so she pulled the card & said she mixed it the exact same. It was fire engine red, with no highlites. She rinsed the back out & left my Mom’s head tilted back in the sink for 30 mins while the rest of the foil Sat. Her neck was killing her. I told Anna there was no highlites & she assured me when it was blow dryer that it would show. It did not! My Mom was so disappointed & then to get to the register & pay $200.00 plus tip. It took 4.5 hours to do & they did not wax her face as she asked. Also Anna left dye all over my Mom’s face. Nako tried to wipe it off, but it was still there. I would like to know, since my 84 yr old Mom is almost bald & her hair is above her shoulders & thin…. WHY DID IT COST $200.??? The prices say starting at $35. I’d like to know what that’s for? A newborn? My hairs long & I asked how much mine would be then. She said it depends that I’d get a consultation. They never gave my Mom a consultation! I questioned all of it & she had a horrible excuse for everything. I will be calling corporate office. That is elderly abuse!!!

First and foremost, Peter is so deserving of a 5 star review. He’s AMAZING. Nearing the end of the day, he was willing, and able to fix the disaster of a haircut from someone else in the salon performed. The original cut, was to take 2-3 inches off in length, creating long layers. What I recieved was a half blended, lopsided cut with an oil placed on the crown of my head. Peter, he was able to salvage the cut, without having to remove too much length, and give me exactly what I needed.
