Jess took care of my toddlers first hair cut he was not an easy client. She was calm and understanding keeping him entertained and showing him things to keep him worry free. His crazy hair looks much better and we made it threw without a tantrum. She was great! Haircut

I would not even rate it a one.. I asked for long layers and a face frame. Instead I got 2 hours of crying to fix them, curl, straighten. My hair is not lawyered and shaped in a V. She cut 2 chunks straight across. I tried to call multiple times and no one picked up. I will be going back tomorrow to get a refund.

Got my hair cut from Corey today and she was AMAZING! Not only did she do a fantastic job with my hair but she was emphatic to my worries (I have a phobia of hair cuts due to some really bad experiences in the past) and she easily put them to rest. I would highly recommend her!

I go here because it’s convenient. The cut quality varies based on the experience of the barber. Some are very experienced and give great quick cuts. Some are clearly less experienced being tentative and giving acceptable but not great cuts. Lately the wait when scheduling online had been long. Under 15 minute wait is good. 15 to 30 is acceptable but a bit long. Greater than 30 is unacceptable to me when scheduling online. My last wait was 50 minutes. Lately the wait has consistently been greater than 15 minutes

Went for a trim 2 weeks ago. Asked if I wanted my bangs cut, said no that I take care of them. Asked for a trim of dead ends and to leave my hair touching my shoulders. First thing done was she twisted my bangs and cut straight across. I chip into my bangs. Should of stopped her then but did not want to make a scene. My hair was cut chin length. After stating touching shoulders. I would suggest someone other than the more “mature hairdresser”.

I honestly wouldn’t get my haircut here if someone paid me to at this point. I’ve been turned away more times due to lack of availability or long wait times. They are not a walk in salon. Walk ins are frowned upon. Suddenly you have to jump through hoops for a simple average haircut. Ridiculous. I feel bad for the stylists who work there.
