My and I went to get his haircut. The staff was very rude. A phone call came in that was a client in English and the staff yelled at the client to speak Spanish. The haircut included a wash which he didn’t receive. Beyond that, we were harassed to give a larger tip after we already tipped. The staff was literally yelling at as us we left. Beyond rude.

Went into Super Cuts to Blowdry my hair. Both women that were working there were very unprofessional. I told them that I wanted a Blowdry, one of them stated that she did not have a blow dryer to do so, and that she could not use any other blow dryer in the salon. I was then told to leave and come back later. The other women also did not help me at all, I asked her for the price and she was trying to over charge me because of the issue I had with her coworker. Super rude and unprofessional after I had waited an hour and 45 minutes.

Do not recommend this salon, the stylists wossip complaint about their job, do not pay attention to cutting your hair do a sloppy job. They just don’t care act very lazy. After seeing response from supercuts i have to add they should change their name TO ONLY FOR KIDS SUPERCUTS in my pasts visits I have noticed they mostly do a batter job cutting kids hair! Because the last time I went my haircut was rushed out did not look too even I saw it when I got home. Then i gave them another chance I took my mom in for a trim, an older hairdresser cut my mom’s hair and it was pretty bad all uneven so that was the last straw I will never set foot there again.

For years I got a haircut here and I realized they charged for wash your hair, but they don’t do that anymore or depend in same customer, I payed for something it was not don’t. Plus I received a bad attitude from stylist Yvonne I am sure she had a bad day. I never come back to this place it’s horrible and abused.
