I received a haircut that was very different than what I described. I’m not sure if it came down to a language barrier, the stylist’s lack of knowledge, or a poor description from me. But at the end, when I described what was different between what I wanted and the mop on the top of my head, I still felt the stylist didn’t understand at all what I was describing, and I didn’t understand her reply. She tried to fix it a little, but honestly, I had no faith in her haircutting abilities at that point, and if possible, didn’t want her to make it worse. I tried reaching out via their website to discuss this further. Overall, I’ve had some good cuts here. But it’s very stylist dependent.

Horrible, absolutely terrible. I told her to trim and shorten a little bit, but she literally shaved my head . She cut my ear and was very sloppy and amature, and after all she expected some tip! I went Supercut three times and never learn the lesson. Everytime new faces, new people experimenting on your head. I will never set my foot there ever again.

I can digest the subpar haircuts considering the low price but what I can’t digest is how terrible they are at keeping time. I have to wait a minimum of 15 minutes past my appointed time every single visit.

I mean, it’s pretty a standard supercuts. Nothing too special, nothing too horrible. I knew it would be fast and I knew it would be cheap. The staff was friendly and nice. I asked for a wolfcut style haircut and the hair stylist admitted from the beginning that she was uncomfortable doing that cut as she had never done one before (i showed her multiple reference photos) and recommended I wait for someone else to do it. I insisted for her to give it a try and encouraged her to do it anyways…. i mean, it got the job done but it was uneven. no biggie, i just chopped some off at home to lessen the drastic look. I mean, i insisted on her to try so i’m not mad about it, this was just my experience. I’ll probably go back just because haircuts in boston be expensive yanno

I’ve never written a bad review before but I’m so upset with my haircut. Literally want to cry every time I look in the mirror. I’m not sure if it was just a miscommunication with my stylist or what. I asked her to keep the length and only trim the dead ends, but when she was done with my hair it was the shortest it’s ever been. I won’t be coming back to this location.

She is so kind and always takes her time with the little ones who can often make it difficult.In response to Mr GM’s review. I am sure there was a reason she was not able to perform the beard trim. Not everyone in that location does beard trims. I’m pretty sure Tyler is the only one who does them there and she is very popular so I am sure she was booked. It has nothing to do with the person being special needs. This is definitely the best Supercuts I’ve been to. Great haircuts for a very reasonable price, and all of the stylists are great. Mimi is the best! She does a great job on my hair every time, and my wife has started going to her as well and she does a fantastic job with her curly hair, and she’s always super friendly.

I’m somewhat loathe to leave highly negative reviews, but this one earned it. I moved to the area fairly recently and got my hair cut here. It was the worst haircut I’ve ever had. A few weeks later, I needed another haircut, and decided to give them another chance, figuring the first time was just bad luck. Again, I got the worst haircut I’ve ever had; much worse than even the first time. I’d advise against getting your hair cut here, unless you want your head messed up.

This is my go to place for haircuts. The staff remembers me and my particular hairstyle and always does a fantastic job and keeping my hair the way I like it. The price for a haircut is also great as well I can’t complain about a haircut for less then 20 bucks. I thank the staff for doing a fantastic job and they’ve got a customer for life.
