Krystal & Courtney have been cutting my hair for years now and they always do a FANTASTIC job!! I also bring my kids here, which they do a great job as well. My son has a hard time with getting his hair cut and the other staff noticed and brought over some toys as a distraction. Very much appreciated!!!

I went in on the 26th of Oct around 4:40pm. I wanted a A line bob, hair cut and came out incorrectly. The girl was friendly and spoke with confidence and gave me ideas. As I blow dry my hair I realize that its level the same. I’m extremely annoyed because it’s to short to get it corrected. Why have people work if they aren’t trained correctly?

Supercuts website was down so I couldn’t use the “check in now” feature but I walked in and there was only a 10 minute wait which is understandable and fine by me. The girl who cut my hair asked how I would like my haircut? I explained and she went to work, about 20 minutes later she asked if everything looked ok? I don’t want to look ok, I want to look awesome, I had to remind her to cut where the hair meets my neck and line everything up and even then it wasn’t lined up 100% overall a 4 out of 10. I usually go to a barber shop and they do an excellent job but they had a line out the door so opted to use supercuts for a mediocre cut. if you spend an extra $20 at the barber shop get a much higher quality cut. I do believe that the hair stylists that just graduate go to the franchise hair cutting salons and when they get the experience they move to higher end places so its a revolving door of not experienced stylists which is fine but you just wont get a quality haircut.

My stylist (I didn’t ask for her name, but she was the only stylist wearing glasses) and she worked efficiently and communicated with me well.
