Been here a few times out of convenience. Explained and showed photos of what I am looking for. One time came out decent. Other times the girls completely rushed through and haircuts were not close to what I asked for. Most recent being terrible.

I was overcharged and practically forced to purchase products i didn’t want or ask for then made to feel bad for this girl about getting tips on cc but i had already tipped on cc so was manipulated into giving cash so i over tipped on a horrible foil and unfinished haircut and blowdry! Well neva go there again! I believe im owed a refund but the “manager” neva seems to be available when i call and i haven’t been called back afta leaving numerous messages! Definitely was a rip off and bad experience! She ruined my long hair!!! I wanted a trim and she cut 5 inches! Im seriously traumatized and still in shock!!!

I didn’t receive a good service may be the stylist is not experienced. I went for the first time a month ago for a trim to encourage local salons. But highly disappointed. Shocked to see the trim completed very quick. The stylist has cut wherever she can but failed to keep up my previous hair cut. I am desperate to get this fixed at my regular hair saloon. So had to wait until my hair grows back to a length when I can get a trim again. Not at this salon again!!
