I will never go to this business again on the phone with the doctor asked why did you wait a minute she starts walking my grandmother with dementia back to a chair. We’re talking about how everyone else can wash her hair she’s complaining and starts to call my grandmother the B word then I tell her we’re leaving she refuses to give her name so I can make a complaint with the owner. Never had worse service if she could’ve just waited a moment but what’s the point of having a hair salon if you can’t watch someone’s hair. We have been going there for years with my grandmother and the service used to be great it’s gone downhill they have a bunch of teenagers running the place you don’t care

After doing exactly the opposite of what I asked and ultimately ruining my hair almost to the point of no return, I told the woman that I hated it, and paid for my haircut, and sat in my car out front and cried. The front of my hair that framed my face and went down approx to my collar bone, and was not to be touched, was cut haphazardly to above my chin. I decided I really didn’t have enough time to get in anywhere else, and the state of my hair being absolutely unacceptable, I went back inside and asked her to go ahead and cut the rest of it in the back so it would at least be the cut I wanted, just way shorter, she flat out refused and kicked me out of the store, telling me I’d have to call her manager in the morning!! I found someone else willing to do a last minute emergency fix at Dan’s Barber Shop, who rescued me, and explained what super cuts had done wrong so I could explain to the manager what happened, but of course the manager was unavailable…
