EDIT- went from 4 stars to 1. Since my original post, the hairstylists have changed numerous times. Their turnover rate is horrible. We find one good person and within a few weeks they are gone. Our last visits were the worst. My husbands hair was lopsided and had hairs that were missed. I decided to try them again and my bob is lopsided as well and also had missed hairs. We are both headed to another salon to have them fixed and won’t be returning. But hey, I guess that’s what you get for paying $20.

While there was a wait since there was only one employee present, Jacqueline was amazing! She listen to what you are saying for style and gives good feedback. The place is clean and orderly. Worst experience of my life! She was super sweet but honestly didn’t know how to do hair. My hair is so important to me. I left feeling so insecure and now depressed of the next action I have to take. My hair was butchered and I am beyond horrified! It was below my shoulders and now I am having to probably get my head shaved and wear a wig because of how awful the layers and cut is. I had a pic from online to go by but by the time she was done I could compare it to a stick figure in the art world. Would highly suggest to stay away. I really wish I would have read the reviews before going here. One of the biggest regrets of my life now!
