Went to Supercuts today with my 3 kids. There was only one staff member working, Katrina, she was amazing and attentive. She listened to my kids and gave wonderful haircuts to fit each of my kid’s style. It was a wonderful experience and she did not try to rush us through even though as I mentioned she was the only one working. Great experience and would recommend Katrina/Kat anytime for great service

I’ve had bad experiences with other Supercuts before but I would definitely come back if she was working. Blended my layers beautifully and trimmed my bangs better than any stylist I’ve seen in the past. 10/10 would recommend her to everyone.

If you’re ever going to go to Supercuts you have to make sure that you ask for Jerry. I am very frugal with my money and the fact that I will pay $30 for a haircut but I will not pay $30 for just about anything else on my day-to-day routine says something Jerry is nothing but the best her smile her accent her personality is nothing that you’ll find at any other hair cutting salon or spa if it was $50 I would pay it just to see Jerry and have her cut my hair she’s very kind from hearted and takes the time and knows that your time is valuable and that when you’re paying for your haircut she’s not going to rush through it just because there’s somebody that’s behind you and that you’re paying to have it perfect and she makes sure that your haircut is what you desire to be and he’s one of the most genuine people that I’ve met in Ellensburg in a long time and I have no problem giving her a $10 tip every time just because of who she is and her dedication to her work that would be the only way that I would go to a Supercuts as if she worked there.
