Horrible customer service. The lady at the cashier’s did not acknowledge my step daughter and I when we walked in. We were not greeted and were left standing there for a while. The wait was close to 2 hours and when I asked to be scheduled for an appt for that time instead, she said very rudely they don’t take appts but could put us down for a walk-in at that time. I agreed and that was that, she didn’t bother asking for a name. By the time I turned back to ask if they need my name, she had already walked away.

Overall normal experience. From what I understand each stylist has strengths and weaknesses, so I would recommend telling them what style you want before you sit down or get placed on a wait list.

The girls there are very good with customer service and they are honest with the wait time. I been going there long time now and they never judge me for not having a hair style. I always tell them to cut my hair like the way it would make me look less ugly .
