Such a waste of time and drive. I went in and stood at the register in hopes to get on a waiting list. Two people were already sitting and she was cutting someone’s hair. She just looked at me and turned away. No “hello”, “I’ll be right with you”, “sign yourself on the list”, nothing. Not even an acknowledgment. I sat down assuming the line would just go down the list. I was waiting for about 20 minutes in silence. Another man walked in and waited for her acknowledgment all she said was sign yourself in on that tablet. She was super rude and unkind. He asked if she was the only one working she replied she was and he left just because she had a bad attitude. Not welcoming at all. Myself and another lady that was waiting said she wasn’t aware we were supposed to “sign ourselves in on a tablet” there’s no sign or anything that says jot your name down here. Since she just gave me a dirty look and didn’t even let me know we had to use the tablet. I ended up walking out. I drove 40 mins to get there. Never again. Awful stylist. I will never go there again. My mom has been a customer for years and she also does not care for that specific stylist. She will never go back there again.

i said i wanted a trim and she kept cutting. i told her repeatedly “i like that length” and she kept cutting. i also didn’t want my bangs trimmed, and she trimmed them anyway. i now look like the berries and cream guy. horrible. Haircut

While the stylist was super nice and the haircut for my toddler son was OK (yeah he’s wiggly)- it was EIGHTEEN dollars- $18!!! He didn’t have eyebrows waxed, no product, not even 10 minutes in the chair. Not even that much hair. So while I can’t fault the stylist, that kind of money for the service received is bonkers. On top of that, the waiting area is grubby and probably hasn’t seen a good deep clean in over a decade. I won’t be coming back.

They messed up my sons hair! I told Angila not to touch my sons bangs and to give him a nice fade on the side she copped them! And when I complained she rolled her eyes and said that I told her that length on his bangs was ok! I never told her it was ok she just chopped them the fade is uneven and choppy! I am so mad! I will never give them my business again!!!!

I have had my hair cut here 3 times since moving to Wenatchee, each time with a different stylist. The first 2 times I had great service. On my most resent visit however the gal who cut my hair had very obviously just come in from a smoke break and must not have washed her hands or tried to cover up the smell at all. She made little attempt at small talk, and acted annoyed with me for the majority of my appointment. She did a good job on my hair, but her customer service needs some work. I will still go back as I have yet to get a bad cut and the price is hard to beat.

Never had a problem with them until today, the lady that was cutting my hair didn’t hear apparently the inch part of what I wanted my hair cut to. Before I could say anything she buzzed my hair right down the middle with a number two clipper. No way to fix it after that so had to have her finish. Will not be coming back after that.
