Got there when they opened, 10am but when I tried to open the door it was locked. I looked inside and there was a staff member on the phone. I noticed that she was on the phone and waited thinking that she would unlock the door when she got off the phone. However, she looked at me through the window and then went into the back. We waited outside for 15 minutes before another staff member came to open the door. The staff member said that she did not see us there and when I stated well she did pointing at the staff member who saw us but walked away. The response I got was that “she’s new.”

The ladies there do an excellent job for an excellent price! There’s no pressure to tip which makes me want to tip more. The girl there that has cut my hair twice is amazing.( sorry I forgot her name I’m not sure I asked for it. She’s blonde with tattoos and piercings) . She has done my hair exactly as I asked both times and is wonderfully nice. I highly recommend this place. Everyone is very polite and they do a great job.

Great place nice staff. I was worried I had to get hair product along with my haircut which was gonna make it a pretty expensive trip, but thanks to the staff there they had 20 percent off all products if you get a haircut. So that helped lessen the blow a little 🙂

I’ve frequented Supercuts for 20+ yr, because I’ve almost always had a great experience, and although I haven’t written a positive review, I’m seriously inclined to write a negative one now. I tried this location due to a recent move, and my experience wasn’t up to standards with the previous locations I’ve been to, which were franchises. Mainly, and I hate to point finger, but it was one employee. The clippers pulled my hair really bad, she never asked if I wanted round or square in the back, didn’t ask if I wanted to see the back and I felt like I was just being pushed out. I did verbally announced that her clippers were pulling and she did apologize. For a few visits after, same lady, same issues, so I changed locations to Battle Ground for the past couple yrs. After hearing this location has changed from a cooperate owned to a franchise, I decided to give it another chance… Same lady, same issues but with a hot towel! This time while she was in the middle of my haircut, someone walked in for a haircut and both ladies were cutting, but then I noticed that pushing me out feeling (came with the broom, hot towel and half swept before placing the towel on me), like she was hurrying for the tips or something. I complained to both ladies this time that the clippers were pulling, they apologized, but this one particular lady tried to say it was due to my hair being thick; however, I’ve never experiences clippers pulling this bad. Additionally, I’ve attached a photo showing my back isn’t even cut straight, hence being rushed out.

Confusing questions when all I asked for was a trim, needed my area code for some reason? Asked for a 3 inch trim and instead they trimmed the entire thing. Don’t go here unless you want them to screw up your hair for $20
