I have been getting my haircut at this place for around 10 years until today. I called in and asked for an appointment was told anything after 2 for the stylist I have cut my hair so I asked for 2:30 pm Miranda said ok no problem then hung up. I show up at 2:15 after leaving my extended families home early so I can make the appointment. I check in and then am told by Miranda that she had put me down for 2 and that I would get fit in and as she saw I was a little upset about this made it seem like I had made the mistake not her no apology no nothing so I left and will not be coming back to this place all because of Miranda poor costumer service she could careless about the people who come in this place as I listened to the way she spoke to others on the phone and then would turn and mock the person with her co-workers because they are overbooked. My advise have Miranda stick to cutting hair not customer service I guess my ten years of coming doesn’t matter at least according to Miranda sucks cause I like my hairstylist Megan she does a great job

I went today at 5:45 with my kid. I know they closed at 6:00 p.m. The lady was alone cashing out one custumer. She didn’t even greet us or said anything..only then asked if we made reservations, I said No we didn’t. She said she was booked they closed at 6:00., basically she was not going to attend us. Even my son when we walk out said “she wasn’t nice.. to us”. I have gone other times on Fridays and they the person is totally the opposite, awesome! Not like this lady that was here today on Saturday, bad customer service. Unfriendly..

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI recently brought my two girls (7 & 12, very well behaved and good listeners) in for hair trims. As in 1-2″, just to refresh growth and even up. I figured a trim would be around $12-15 so was shocked when I looked at the board and it stated $24. No wash or style, just a trim. Fine, whatever. My girls needed it done. Then I noticed the sign on the counter that said $3 off for Essential Workers! Being an Essential Worker, I asked about it at payment and they said since it was not ME that got the haircut, they refused to honor it. I noted they are minors and it is my responsibility as the parent to pay for it, and I am an EW. They had NO sympathy whatsoever. Guess what? You lost a great tip, as well as 3 customers.
