Very disappointed with the cost and the service. I requested a full set of highlights. She used alot of foils on my hair but there are very few highlights. I called to let her know (Mye)that I was disappointed and she informed me she used a lot of foil and they are still in the garbage and I can come and look. I stated I only have 3 or 4 highlights. She said if she did more it would be all blonde. I thought she would tell me to come in and she would add more but she just said it would be all blonde. I have had highlights before and I know how they are supposed to look. I think $150 and a $25 tip was way too much. She was not willing to work with me at all. I think my hair will look even worse when my 4 highlights grow out. Complete waste of almost $200

The stylists that worked there today were the absolute best! They were so patient and kind. She walked my daughter through her process of getting her hair dyed for the first time. They were so kind to the both of us. I never dyed my hair before and I have to say they listened to me, did what I asked for, and I am in love with my hair again. I have had grey hair from a very young age and haven’t loved my hair in over 10 years. I will most definitely come here again. I highly recommend. They were the sweetest ladies. Even when an angry customer was screaming curse words at them they kept their cool and were professional. The angry customer was mad about the long wait, but they are a walk in service, so it’s first come first served. He didn’t like it. As I said, they handled it very professionally.

Wonderful experience! Was able to walk in with no wait. My daughter (7 yr.) Got her cut first. The two lovely ladies adored my lil girl ♥️ she is a talker For as much as my daughter talked, moved, fidgeted, she has a beautiful hair cut. When it came to my turn, I got a head massage during the shampoo. Which is my favorite part of whole thing anyway, so bonus! My hair dresser even gave me a bit of a shoulder rub when I got back to my seat. The hair cut was exactly what I asked for/wanted. I just need to come back sooner in-between hair cuts/trims, so I don’t have to cut off so much length. That part is all on me. I’ll be back! ♥️ ♀️ ✂️

So this place has done my hair cuts two times since I moved into the area, and the first time they gave me a side part, cut it extremely even, shaved the sides/back parts of my head very much, and cut the top very short. I had asked for a middle part of normal length. Now this second time a different employee had done my hair cut.(My hair before this haircut was: Middle part, length went to my chin, sides were level 4, back was level 4) I asked for them to cut my hair at a level 3 & for my hair to reach my top lip. The employees cut my hair where it doesn’t reach my top earlobe, barely reaches my eyebrow, and a level 0. I have been completely disappointed and unsatisfied with the service I have always gotten every time I go to this place.

This is the most unprofessional business I’ve ever seen and heard of. You “people” have done this clients hair not once, but TWICE. There was a chance to redeem yourselves, boost this poor kids self esteem and what did you guys do? Remove all the length and volume from his hair ultimately making him look and feel terrible. It’s as its been planned all along. This is unbelievably sickening.. whoever did this so called haircut should have their license snatched away ASAP! Today is Tuesday at 4:18 pm and they’re already closed with a sign that says be back at 10am when the hours clearly posted on the door say monday-friday 10am to 6pm. This is the second time I’ve come here and they’re closed during their operating hours. This place didn’t used to be like this and was formerly a decent place to get a hair cut

Stylist insisted I had to do a shampoo because I have curly hair, even though my hair was clean. I asked why she couldn’t use the spray bottle and she insisted because of my curls I had to get a shampoo. I left without getting a cut.

This business has a new owner and new stylists. It’s really unfair to them that the older reviews count against them, it’s not the same business at all that it was. I got a great haircut and will be returning.
