The staff are nice, but every time someone I know or I would go in for a hair cut or a trim, the outcome is never what we asked for. One time I had gone in for a simple trim of about two inches, She had cut off 4in on one side & 6in on the other.. It wasn’t until I got home that I noticed it was completely uneven.. I went back for her to fix it, & she ended up cutting 6in off of each side. (The one star is for the kind staff)

I came in for a simple wash only, which their menu says they charge $12 for. I have done this from time to time because hip pain keeps me from being able to stand for long periods of time, and quick showers are all I can manage. Even though I was clear with what I wanted, the stylist tricked me by saying she was just going to “blow it a little so it’s not dripping wet,” and then she kept on until it was completely dry, and charged me $47 without ever saying that was her intent! I said in the beginning that I usually just towel it dry and go home and take care of the rest myself, which has never been a problem in the past. Shame on me for being fooled. (The stylist who did it said she was moving to Virginia in a couple of weeks, guess she needed the money?) I will never utilize this Supercuts again. Ever.

Unbelievable experience. My husband & I came in for a haircut for my husband which was fine & I needed just a simple bang trim. I didn’t catch the stylist’s name but she hacked my bangs! At first she trimmed them, then I needed them a bit shorter & she took two big chunks out of them! One side is long and the other side is super short with chunks out in between! Unbelievable! I was in shock! Both she & the Manager tried to tell me the tiny short hairs were “baby hairs”. I’m 61 old & don’t have “baby hairs” anymore. I am surprised they are in business. I have no choice but to wear a hat I guess…I definitely would advise all to steer clear of this place!!

She asked if I wanted the back textured for volume. I said “yes but only the back”. She layered it to high heavens and then proceeded to layer the right side of my head as well. Left the left side alone completely though. So instead of a simple bob I now have a asymmetrical “can I speak to your manager” cut that I’ve never in my life wanted. I was a walk-in with my service dog. The hair stylist cut my hair exactly like the picture I showed her. My SD was on my lap the whole time and the employee was very understanding about my needs. Thank you so much! This is the second time I have been to a Supercuts and they are always wonderful. ♀️
