Critical: QualityStylist did not listen to what I wanted. I asked for the top to be longer than the sides, she cut my hair the same length throughout my head to the point where I’m almost bald. She butchered my hairline. She did not care to check in with me as she was cutting. She simply ran the buzzer through my head. I can’t go out in public until my hair grows out. I will live in embarrassment for the next 2 weeks. Watch out for the older lady who doesn’t wear her mask properly and has a her hair dyed. There is definitely a lack of communication. The only positive that I found, is that my stylist took in my dad and I even though they were fully booked for the rest of the day. I just wish she hadn’t done this and my hair would be spared. Other than that, don’t come here. If you can, find a local spot or a friend to cut your hair. Supercuts varies in the quality of haircuts, given there’s different people at every location. My advice is to be wary, and to take recommendations from other people before visiting a chain haircut place. Stylist did not listen to what I wanted. I asked for the top to be longer than the sides, she cut my hair the same length throughout my head to the point where I’m almost bald. She butchered my hairline. She did not care to check in with me as she was cutting. She simply ran the buzzer through my head. I can’t go out in public until my hair grows out. Critical: PunctualityWe tried 3 times to come get haircuts. We had snowfall the day before but most businesses were open. A handmade sign on the door “will be open at noon” had us come back at noon and stayed u til 12:15 nothing. Came back next day new handmade sign saying “open 12-4”. We came back st 12:15. Still closed. We also tried hair masters all these times but they were closed with no false promises. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI booked an appointment same day online. Pleasantly surprised they were open on a Sunday. My hair was a bit of a mess and overgrown as I was past due for a cut. Dolores listened to my wish list (bangs, short length, easy to maintain) and gave me a stacked bob that I think will work really well! I’m very happy.Service: Hairstyling
