Critical: QualityI the experience was less than ideal. My daughter and I both got our haircut at the same time. My daughters hair was uneven on one side. My hair was so choppy I fixed it as soon as I got home. I then had to pay somebody another $20 to even out what they had done. And I’ll have to pay more money to get my daughters hair fixed. The women were very kind however I feel like they must be rushed either to make money in tips or corporate pressures them to go faster. Faster and not always better. I the experience was less than ideal. My daughter and I both got our haircut at the same time. My daughters hair was uneven on one side. My hair was so choppy I fixed it as soon as I got home. I then had to pay somebody another $20 to even out what they had done. And I’ll have to pay more money to get my daughters hair fixed. The women were very kind however I feel like they must be rushed either to make money in tips or corporate pressures them to go faster. Faster and not always better. Critical: PunctualityToday was now the second time that I have scheduled and appointment but did not receive a haircut! First time I scheduled online, screen shot my appointment info so I could quickly look at it. I went to check in and my appointment was no where to be found, it was canceled, not by me. Today I call this time was told I had an appointment at 1230. I get there at 1200, check in and wait outside due to COVID and waiting area being closed. They come and call several people. 1230 passes (my appoint time) and they call someone else. 1240 a couple comes up, they do not have an appointment, they are walk ins and know someone at the salon, i overhear their entire conversation. 1245 rolls around and they call the couple in! I explained I have been waiting for 45 minutes and I had already scheduled and appointment that they are now 15 minutes late for. They are also a walk in! Other people, not just me have been waiting a whole lot longer. YOU DO NOT SHOW SPECIAL TREATMENT TO A FRIEND THAT WAITED 5 MINUTES WITH NO APPOINTMENT WHEN OTHERS HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR A WHOLE LOT LONGER!!!!!Today was now the second time that I have scheduled and appointment but did not receive a haircut! Today was now the second time that I have scheduled and appointment but did not receive a haircut! First time I scheduled online, screen shot my appointment info so I could quickly look at it.
