I absolutely love Denise! If you go there please go to her she really knows what she’s doing! But the reason I gave 1 star is because today I went in to get a haircut and I didn’t see Denise so I had to get my hair cut by Diana or Diane I forgot her name it’s one of those two. And she totally messed my hair up. She was making everything confusing and more difficult than it should’ve been. I usually go in and ask Denise for curtain bangs and layers. And she doesn’t ask any questions she just gets right to work. She really knows what she’s doing 5 stars for her. But today Diane/Diana was asking me so many questions and seemed really confused like she didn’t even understand what she was doing. And as she was doing my hair she totally did the layers wrong. It looked so bad. And then I was like.. so are you gonna do my curtain bangs? And she tried playing dumb saying that I didn’t tell her I wanted curtain bangs when that’s the first thing I told her when I walked in. So when she tried doing curtain bangs it got real bad. I don’t think she even knows what curtain bangs are because she just cut my hair really short like normal bangs. And didn’t even angle it or anything. Just cut it straight across. I literally wanted to cry in that moment. And she knew I was unhappy and still made me pay full price. Absolutely dissatisfied do not go to Diana/Diane. Also I ended up going back there a couple hours later and saw Denise and had her fix my bangs the best she could. It’s not what I wanted but it was way better than before. Denise is like working magic. Love her!

I usually get a haircut with my mouth hanging open so naturally i get a huge ammount of my hair in my mouth. I got used to it but never enjoyed it. Untill Diane told me its better to get a hair cut with my mouth closed. Thank you Great Clips for changing my life. The actual hair cut was horrible, but i dont get hair in my mouth anymore!

When I couldn’t find a photo showing the pixie cut I like and have had in the past, Diane told me she knew what I wanted as she had been “doing this” for enough time to get it right. Well, my hair, with the exception of front fringe is less than a half inch. I said I didn’t like it this short and she told me she cut it just like I told her to. Yup, sure nuff, I must have asked her to cut it so short that my scalp shows. Wanted it little spikey and what I got is a short men’s crew cut. How about you cut your hair the same as you did mine and then tell me you like it.

Even better the recent second cut since she had more to work with where I’d clipped close the back.So glad to find a top notch – and super friendly and fun to chat with – stylist so close to my new home! Drove an hour to get a haircut there because there website and number I called said they we’re open. I got there closed and no explanation. Very sad and so easy to fix but it’s like they choose not to on purpose so be careful trusting anything you see in there website and you here when you call and get told by a pure recorded voice mail the same thing the website said. Not happy!!!!

My hair cut was absolutely amazing!!! The woman who worked on my hair spent a long time making sure that it looked it’s best, and asked my multiple times if it was what I was going for. The type of framing I have done in my hair is almost always done incorrectly, but this person absolutely nailed it. Thank you so much, can’t wait to go here again!!
