I went in and described my usual haircut – long on top with a fade on the side. I arrived to an empty store, and was able to get it cut immediately. I described my usual cut to Karin, who seemed to understand, until she pulled out the razor and went down the center of my head. To my horror, I was stuck with a buzz cut, as there was no going back. I was there barely 10 minutes, and walked out with the worst haircut I have ever received. I got help to fix all the hairs missed, and will never come back.

I was so surprised by how great my experience was here. I very extremely thin, fine hair that I usually just get cut in a straight line just to cut off the dead straggly hair at the bottom, and I do this maybe once or twice a year because my hair grows so slowly. When I went in this weekend, Karin was super friendly and helpful and encourage me to go a bit shorter and to throw in some subtle layers to make my thin, curly hair show some volume. I let her run with in because she’s the expert and I’m so glad I did. I’m really happy with my cut, and the overall experience was so pleasant that I will definitely be coming back just for Karin next time. Highly recommend.

I paid $30 + tip for an extremely simple haircut (buzzcut – same length clippers for my entire head). I was the only customer in the salon, and the experience felt rushed by the hairdresser. She cut maybe took 5min max. I got home and there were a BUNCH of hairs that were not trimmed. See picture. The computer did not want to take my payment and I then had to wait to pay while the hairdresser called their card reader company. It finally worked and she gave me my card back. I’m extremely disappointed with this rushed, botched service. Waiting to pay wouldn’t have been an issue if the haircut would have turned out acceptable. Bad experience.

The lady (gray short hair) cut my partner’s hair in 4 minutes. $33 dls in 4 minutes …. Zero attention to details, the bordering was totally uneven. There even was hair that wasn’t cut by the machine making it look awful. We returned to let her know our thoughts, she made me give her Instructions in front of all the clientele, im not the hairdresser

Very courteous and helpful staff and the salon is following extra COVID safety precautions. They helped my son figure out what he wanted for his new haircut and he loves it! Thank you for doing his first haircut in over a year. Now it’s nice and short, just like he likes it!

I took in my preschooler to get her hair and bangs trimmed. Twice now since the holidays. The shop is very clean, follows all covid laws and both women did a good job. They were friendly and i really liked Karen. So did my daughter. We did a walk in on both trims. They do not make you wait long and seem to be more organized in that area in comparison with other big chain hair places like this. They didn’t have a bunch of people packed in like sardines during this pandemic and waiting on haircut. Would i do a big hair cut style here…idk..but the trimming is great!

I’ve gone here in the past and I had a few stylists that were pretty good to work with. I recently tried to call and get information and the man that answered the phone did not really answer any of my questions. I asked if they had any availability for the rest of the day and he said he had clients (or customers) and then I asked what about tomorrow and then he said to look and then promptly hung up the phone as I was mid talking with him. The convenience of this being closer to where I live is starting to look less appealing after this experience.

I have happily gone here quite a few times and always had great experiences. I usually call in and ask for appointments. Never any issue with doing this method. I had just scheduled an appointment via phone just now for 1pm tomorrow, but I will not be going to it now after careful thought. The stylist who answered the phone was rude, condescending, acted like it was an inconvenience for him to even answer the phone, and he complained to me that I interrupted his work by calling. Ridiculous behavior from him. I will not be giving this location any more of my business.
