Critical: Punctuality, Quality, ValueLet’s just say you get what you pay for. Got there 10 min before my appointment time, had to wait on two other people who were ahead of me. I booked with Supercuts because I couldn’t reschedule with my usual place as it was overbooked for the next month and really needed a haircut. It was just one lady working the whole place with walk-ins coming in every 5 minutes. She was basically buzz cutting one guy after the next. When she finally got to me, she went for a dry haircut that was rushed because she had people waiting. The whole thing wasn’t even 5 minutes. Didn’t get any basic shaping done to my hair and I didn’t dare ask for it because she was in a hurry. Then I went home and found that one side was longer than the other. Let’s just say you get what you pay for. Got there 10 min before my appointment time, had to wait on two other people who were ahead of me. I booked with Supercuts because I couldn’t reschedule with my usual place as it was overbooked for the next month and really needed a haircut. It was just one lady working the whole place with walk-ins coming in every 5 minutes. She was basically buzz cutting one guy after the next. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueThe worst haircut of my life! I repeat! The worst haircut of my life. Not at all professional. I asked for a medium haircut. He advised for a 4 level trimmer. Being cautious, I have asked for a 5 level just to make sure if it is too much I can reduce it later. He just ripped my hair off like nothing unusual and boom! I am almost bald in no time 🙁 I visited the store after my quarantine with almost 3-month grown hair and I returned BALD! The haircut finished in not more than 4 minutes. Not at all caring. I have video meetings all day and I am not sure how I am gonna cope up everyday! I strongly recommend not visit this particular store. They have no value towards your hair and your appearance.
