Absolutely never going there again. Have been there for several years, and as of recently, they’ve been messing up several of my haircut requests. Like yesterday, I wanted to shorten my hairstyle just by a bit on the top, even showed them a picture of what I had (came in without styling it), and they basically just scissor cut it down to where I can’t even style it, practically feels like they buzzed it. If you’re looking for even a decent haircut, don’t go here. There’s a great chance they might not do what you want.

It’s a good place, gotten my haircut there a dozen or so times. I’m not fussy. It’s not a high end place, but the ladies working there are diligent and kind. And if you build up trust with them, you’ll get discounts on hair products.

Trinh and the team at supercuts is amazing! Great haircut and shampoo! Definitely get the shampoo so you aren’t walking around all day with little hair clippings in your shirt making you itch. Also, Trinh fixed a not so good haircut I received at another shop, and made it look way better. And she is talented at cutting my son and daughters hair as well, so it’s one stop for the whole family!

I come here for trims in between my visits to the salon. It’s cheap and normally they do a perfect job trimming my bangs, but not so much on my last visit. Maybe my stylist was new or something? Overall I’d still recommend this place. They do a great job with my husband’s haircuts, too.

Worst experience ever. Almost felt like the hair stylist had her first ever interaction with another human. When entering my name into the system, she apparantly felt my last name was hard to input and hence only wanted the first letter of my last name. Did not know how to treat a customer. Did not care to listen to my suggestions on how I want MY hair cut. She was in such a rush that her using a comb on my head hurt and I had to request her to slow down.

Took two boys (7 and 10) for cuts on a Sunday. When we walked in, no one else was there except the two ladies working that cut their hair with almost complete disregard for what we had asked for. We verbally communicated what we wanted and still no dice. Clearly uneven and visible lines after the first washing. Quick service because it wasn’t busy, now I know why. Live and learn.
