Went in for my hair to be layer and left chopped off to shoulders I said ” Can I have my shortest layer here” ( little below my shoulder). I didn’t realize what she was doing until she already cut it. She started off with a small layer and asked if I liked it. I was thinking ” This is a weird way of layering” then realized she was cutting it all shoulder length and was too late to stop her. My hair beforehand was to my BELLY BUTTON.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityWent in to get a haircut and was very clear about how I wanted my hair done… she did not listen to half of what I said and when I told her to just trim and not take any length off the top she actually cut 2-3 inches off my hair. I also asked for a fade on the sides but instead the fade is basically so subtle its just shaved evenly… terrible quality do not go here. She even showed me how much she planned to cut off.When I stood up after she was done, there was 10 inches of hair gone. I used to have hip-length hair and now it’s barely mid-back. It will take at least two years to grow back the amount of hair she cut off.
