Went for a bang trim (I usually cut them myself) since I’m in a wedding this week. All I wanted was a simple trim straight across even with the bottom of my eyebrows… She clearly had messed up and started adding “texture layers” to my bangs. They’re so clearly uneven and chunky I should’ve just cut them myself.

My hair dresser was super sweet and chatty, but I probably wouldn’t go here again. Right off the bat, I don’t remember clearly being asked or giving an idea of what cut I was looking for. Also ended abruptly when another customer showed up. My hair was only cut at the back, the side length wasn’t touched much at all. I evened it out myself at home as I didn’t think a serious haircut was happening. Some more relevant attention to customers before and during the cut would be nice!

Got a haircut at this location yesterday and was happy with the results overall. This is one of the few locations that is open until 7pm and an online check in will speed up your waiting time when you get to the location in person. My haircut was in line with my expectations and pretty quick from start to finish ( ~15 minutes or so)

went last weekend and stylist went so fast even though nobody was in the lobby and there was 20 mins till her next appt. Rushed while trimming the sides and clearly didn’t care about quality. Basically just hacking away at my hair. Noticed at home that she messed up the edging in the back, which only takes 20 seconds to get right…Maybe a case of you get what you pay for, but hard to feel like that 7 minute haircut was even worth $28 (not to mention I tip over 20%). If other places are busy and you want a quick cut, this place is fine. But definitely avoid if you need a good haircut before an important event.

I paid 55 dollars that I really couldn’t ever afford to get 121/2 inches straight chopped off of my hair, literally she put it in a rubber band and chop chop chop chop chopped until she cut off a little too much hair. I wanted a lot cut off but I thought with her being a “professional” that it would at least look cute but apparently she’s blind or something but I’m not very happy about it

OMG – I went for a face framing and came out with a MESS! My hair was one length in the back – now I noticed I have a big chunck missing in the middle of the back of my head (did not ask for laying in the back – only front face framing) – before I knew what she was doing it was too late so I let her keep going hoping she knew something about layers. Clearly she did not. My hair is now ugly, mis-shappen and I’m having to trim it endlessly to give it what I asked for. WHAT THESE STYLIST CLOSELY! Make sure they are aware of what you are asking for. VERY UPSET

Both Kathy and Lillian (she did my eyebrows) are so nice and talented, it really was a positive experience. the salon is clean and the prices are very affordable. will definitely go back. sending my husband in this Saturday.

Kathy did an amazing job on my cut and color. She colored my roots and then did foils to lighten chunks of hair and then added the red/violet color. Also super conditioned it so it feels better than before. I love it! Thank you Kathy!!
